99.9% of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Ionized Water and 0.1% of Potassium Carbonate.

How does BANO kill germs, bacteria and viruses?

BANO has a high pH value of 12.5. It has been proven that most germs, bacteria or viruses cannot survive in a highly alkaline environment (Including cancerous cells). This is how BANO kills germs, bacteria and viruses.

BANO also works like water + soap, as it is able to disrupt fatty membranes of virus cells when you spray it on any kind of surfaces, including your own hands. Like what most health professionals had been advising us, washing hands with soap is more effective than any kind of sanitizers.

Why don't I just use any high alkaline water products produced by Alkaline Water Ionizer/Machine?

Most Alkaline Water Ionizer/Machine can only produce up to pH 11. Most germs, bacteria and virusescan only be inactivated when the pH value is more than 12. BANO has a pH value of 12.5. Besides,most Alkaline water Ionizer/Machine product lacks shelf stability, which means their alkaline level will drop easily. BANO is manufactured in a way that it allows its pH value to be maintained for a longer period, subject to proper storage.

Is there an expiry date?

On our product, we state 1 year after opening. However, if you keep the bottle tightly closed after using and do not expose them to direct sunlight, it can last for more than 1 year.

Is it safe to use on toddlers and pets?

Yes, it is definitely safe.

If I use BANO as a sanitizer, what do I do after spraying?

You can either let it dry of wipe off.

If I use BANO as a cleaning agent, do I need to wipe the surface after spraying?

It really depends on what you are trying to clean. If you are cleaning your dining table, then yes you will need to wipe the surface after spraying. But if you are trying to deodorize or disinfect a newly bought soft toy, then you do not need to wipe it off after spraying.

If I use BANO as a soaping agent, do I need to wash it off after spraying?

Yes, just wash it off with water will do. If you are unable to find a water source, need not worry as you can just wipe it off using tissue too.

What happens if I accidentally consumed a small amount of BANO?

Not to worry as BANO does not contain any chemical nor alcohol. In fact, you can even use it to gargle or spray on your mouth ulcers. However, due to its high pH value, it is advisable to drink a large amount of water to dilute the content after accidentally consuming BANO.
