Delivery Lead Time
Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia:
1. Major Cities: 3 – 5 Working Days
2. ODA (Out-of-Delivery Area) / Zone 2: 3 – 7 Working days
For special requests, i.e. specific delivery day and/or timing do let us know by contacting us or replying to your order confirmation email by BANO. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Singapore: 5 – 7 Working days
Brunei: 5 – 7 Working days
Delivery lead time excludes public holidays and logistic provider non-working days. All BANO orders are shipped out from our Malaysia warehouses to your country.
The Estimated Delivery window provided by BANO reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by logistical congestion, air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond BANO’s control.

Malaysia: Free Delivery for all orders above MYR 150.00.
Singapore: Rates start from MYR 68.00 for the first 500 grams of the parcel with an additional MYR 9.00 for every subsequent 500 grams.
Brunei: Rates start from MYR 98.00 for the first 500 grams of the parcel with an additional MYR 33.00 for every subsequent 500 grams.
Sign-off Upon Delivery
All our deliveries will require a signature or ID/IC number of the recipient. This is to protect both you and us and to ensure that all deliveries can be tracked. Upon Customer request, our couriers may be able to leave parcels outside at the guard house of the housing area, inside your gate or at your doorstep etc. However, with such request, the liability will be shifted to Customers for any missing parcels.
Not Present During Delivery
The delivery driver should have left their contact details at your door – Simply give them a ring and they will be more than happy to rearrange a delivery. Please note that additional charges up to 50% of the original shipping rate may apply if you are not present on the 2nd delivery attempt.
Change of Delivery Details
Please email us at ( email@example.com ) and request to amend your shipping details should the order has not left the warehouse. If the order is already in transit, additional charges may apply.
